Summer Basketball Training
Starting June 1, summer basketball training sessions will be held every Monday from 4:30–6:00 PM. Players will focus on improving key areas of the game including ball handling, shooting, rebounding, scrimmaging, and overall basketball IQ while staying active and preparing for the upcoming fall season.
In addition, players will participate in speed and agility training twice a month at Freedom Performance, helping improve athleticism, quickness, and conditioning. We are also planning monthly scrimmages with Hot Shots to provide valuable live game experience throughout the summer.
